About Eterna Care Services
Eterna Care Services was founded on a simple principle — that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion and respect from the very first call.

The company was established and is jointly owned by three founders and co-owners: Will Ramsden, Lesley Fenton and Ian Brammall. Together they combine decades of experience across healthcare, emergency services, operational management and business leadership.

This shared experience allows Eterna Care Services to provide professional, reliable and compassionate support to funeral directors, hospitals and families across the North West and beyond.
Will Ramsden
Co-Founder & Co-Owner
Will oversees the operational development and strategic direction of Eterna Care Services. With over 20 years of leadership and management experience, he plays a key role in ensuring the company operates with professionalism, efficiency and reliability.

Alongside Eterna Care Services, Will also co-owns and runs a successful online business that sells products internationally through Amazon and other online marketplaces. His experience in logistics, operations and business growth contributes significantly to the systems and organisation that underpin the smooth running of Eterna Care Services.

Will is passionate about building strong relationships with funeral directors and ensuring every individual brought into care is treated with dignity and respect.
Lesley Fenton
Co-Founder & Co-Owner
Lesley plays a central role in the management and coordination of Eterna Care Services. She is responsible for the administration, finance and the coordination of crews, ensuring that every call is handled efficiently and that the company operates smoothly behind the scenes.

She brings extensive experience from healthcare and education environments, including senior roles within NHS medical education and university settings, where she worked closely with medical professionals and training programmes.

In addition to her work with Eterna Care Services, Lesley is also a successful property investor and owns an extensive property portfolio in Liverpool. Her experience in business management, financial oversight and organisation plays a vital role in ensuring the company operates efficiently and sustainably.
Ian Brammall
Co-Founder & Co-Owner
Ian brings a wealth of leadership, planning and operational experience to Eterna Care Services. After serving in the military and later working as a firefighter, he went on to build a successful career in construction management, where he was responsible for overseeing complex projects, coordinating teams and ensuring work was delivered safely and efficiently.

His background has given him strong logistical planning and coordination skills, which play an important role in the operational side of Eterna Care Services — particularly when managing longer journeys, time-sensitive collections and complex movements.

Ian has always had a natural aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving, reflected in the fact that he was previously a member of Mensa earlier in life. This ability to plan carefully, think ahead and remain calm under pressure helps ensure every journey into care is handled with professionalism, organisation and respect.
